Service Upgrades Project

Performing upgrades to any operational electrical services takes thoughtful planning and execution.

The most recent project, at a Central Transit Facility in Mississauga, involved the installation of a new 1200A 600V service, including main breaker in switchgear, a 26 circuit panelboard, and the installation of 26 electric heaters to replace the existing gas heaters.

It was important that the City of Mississauga maintain operation of their transit facility at all times. To avoid any disruption to their bus schedule, all work was accurately scheduled.
